From the heart of ranch country comes the best quality corn fed beef in the United States. For years this has been beef country, the home of the American cowboy and the western frontier.

We raise all of our "ranch fresh beef".  Our cow/calf herd grazes on 10,000 acres of pasture in the Gyp Hills southeast of Dodge City, Kansas. We do not purchase beef cattle from other ranches and livestock auctions in the United States and Mexico. We control our product and are aware of their past medical history. Our staff veterinarian manages the health and nutrition of the beef from pre-pregnant cows to the finished corn fed beef.

This assures you of protection from excessive drug residues. No dyes, additives, preservatives, or synthetic growth hormones are used. We have selected the Angus breed based upon proven performance traits with superior genetics that result in a superior product for our customers. In the past, our beef have graded as high as 97.5% choice or prime, and as high as 61% Certified Angus beef. Our beef are dry aged for taste and tenderness with a flavor that is superb and second to none!

We grow our beef in compliance with the highest standards set by the United States Department of Agriculture.
